The republic is unprepared for civil war when a major separatist uprising erupts into armed conflict. Rather than resist, many others find it easier to conform to the separatists than it is to resist and remain loyal. The separatists contact Idum and form an alliance, receiving assistance in the form of orbiting satellites armed with meteor projectiles. Meanwhile, Leechim is released from prison and terrorizes Anirbas. Will she be delivered from harm? Nosam gathers a small company of armed men to rescue Nyrod. Will he be delivered from captivity?
