Gordon’s series gets better with each volume. I can’t wait for the next one! This one kept me up till almost 3:00 am finishing it. Literally couldn’t put it down. I was an early fan of the Horatio Hornblower series reading all of them in Jr. High School and then again a couple of years ago for fun. I think this series is just as enlightening about the WWII naval theater as Hornblower was about the Napoleonic era. Great job Gordon! On to book four.
